Vayoru started with a simple idea: bring tasks, expenses, and journaling together in one honest, uncluttered app - without pretending to do more than it does.
Vayoru was built around a simple frustration: keeping track of tasks, expenses, and daily notes usually means juggling two or three different apps, or letting a notes app turn into a junk drawer. We wanted one place for those three things, done properly.
Why we kept it focused
It would have been easy to launch with a longer feature list. We chose not to. Vayoru V1 does five things - task management, expense tracking, personal journaling, a calendar, and local reminders - and we'd rather each of those work well than have a dozen half-built ones.
Honesty, as a rule
We won't advertise a feature before it exists, and we won't dress up a basic tool as something more advanced than it is. If we build more into Vayoru over time, we'll be clear about what's actually available versus what's still in progress.
